Transition to New Jersey American Water’s billing system planned for late August: iWeb, iCall and cash payment options to be discontinued in preparation

New Jersey American Water will be transitioning all Shorelands customers to our billing system.
The transition is scheduled to take place in late August. In preparation for the change:

  • iWeb and iCall: Effective Friday, July 21, 2017, the existing iWeb and iCall payment options provided to customers from Shorelands Water will no longer be available.

  • Cash Payments: Effective July 24, cash payments will no longer be accepted in the office. Check or money orders will still be accepted.

In the interim, and until we transition you to our billing system, Shorelands customers can still mail or make payments in person by check or money order at the local office: 1709 Union Avenue, Hazlet, NJ 07730. Office hours are from 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. There is also a drop box available outside the office if you need to make your payment after hours. Please note: no cash payments please.

These services will be replaced with New Jersey American Water’s convenient billing and payment options once the transition is complete in late August. We will be mailing additional information on payment options to all customers once the transition is complete.
